Previously commercial/legal advisor to fast-growing US-based shipowner 1986/90, negotiating and executing well over one hundred ship sale and purchase contracts and loan agreements. Formerly sale and purchase broker in New York, prior to which was an associate attorney at then-prominent New York maritime law firm. Two years in London as dry cargo broker for large Greek shipowner. Very experienced in all aspects of ship sales and authored section in ASBA shipping course dealing with ship sales. Lifelong boat owner/operator, from 16 ft runabouts to present 43 ft trawler. Experienced cruiser in Northeastern coastal and inland waters.
