The SMA is pleased to announce that its traditional yearly seminar:
MARITIME ARBITRATION
IN NEW YORK will be held as an ONLINE ZOOM PROGRAM in 2021
The program will consist of live interactive video sessions with Professor Weiss. This seminar is offered to help further and promote the fair, just, ethical and cost - effective resolution of charter party and other maritime contract disputes by arbitration in New York.
The traditional instruction will be offered over four consecutive weekly three hour live interactive Zoom video sessions. The first session will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, and the program continues on Thursday, March 4, March 11 and March 18.
