Over 35 years of experience in the management of chartering and operations departments for ship owners of chemical and product tankers. Cargoes include chemical parcels, commodity chemicals, acids, vegetable oils as well as time charters and projects. Specialties incorporate areas such as chartering, charter parties, contracts of Affreightment, time charters, freight brokering, vessel operations and management.
Graduate of SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler. Sailed as a deck officer for Mobil Oil (now ExxonMobil) on their U.S. Flag crude, product and specialty tankers before embarking on a career ashore.
