Extensive work, with voyage analysis, laytime/ demurrage calculations, as well as detailed financial analysis which has included generating cash flow scenarios to examine economics of shipping transactions. Provided evaluations backed by supply/ demand data, and estimated development, on both dry and tanker markets to financial clients. Specialist work with drybulk and tanker freight indices, including the brokerage, trading and the analytics of futures and derivatives on vessel freight and fuel.
Published author with work appearing in numerous maritime industry periodicals including Journal of Commerce, Lloyds List, Fairplay, gCaptain and Seatrade Maritime, with articles on drybulk and tanker marketplaces, emphasizing metrics, on diverse topics- including the trading of emissions allowances.
