Currently Chief Strategy Officer at Pangaea Logistics Solutions (NASDAQ: PANL), which owns and operates a fleet of bulk carriers from Handy to Post Panamax size, in addition to operating terminals in the United States. Prior to this, Senior Vice President of and Head of the Dry Cargo division, MTM Group which owned and operated a fleet of bulk carriers under the “Strategic” brand. Previously Commercial Manager of SEACOR Holdings Ocean Transport Division. Experienced in tankers (chemical and product), dry bulk, towing, bunkering, ports, terminals, logistics and barging which includes in depth knowledge of maritime and financial contracts, including leasing and bank loans, and M&A transactions.
