Former member of the board of directors of Höegh LNG Partners, L.P. (NYSE ticker: HMLP) and former chair of its Conflicts Committee of HMLP, charged with evaluating and negotiating fair market value on related party transactions for the protection of HMLP’s minority shareholders, and former member of HMLP’s audit committee. 

Former board member of The Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association (Bermuda) Limited and former chair of its committee charged with evaluating discretionary claims under the Association’s omnibus rule. 

From 2000 to 2006, a director, president and previously executive vice president, Navios Maritime Holdings Inc.
