Charlie Papavizas, Winston & Strawn Partner & Chair / Maritime Law Practice will discuss his book, Journey to the Jones Act-U.S. Merchant Marine Policy 1776-1920, which was published in April 2024. Photo ID required for building entry. Cost for buffet lunch is $50 for SMA members and Friends & Supporters, $55 for all others.
