Born 1967, Maritime Arbitrator, currently Vice President of Operations – Dry Cargo division of MT Maritime Group responsible for the operational management of owned and time chartered bulk carrier fleet. Over 25 years of experience in the capacity of Charterer, Operator and Owner provide him hands-on experience with all aspects of voyage/vessel operations and extensive knowledge of Time Charter/Voyage Charter Parties and a wide range of P&I and FD&D disputes, including but not limited to: laytime, speed and consumption, bunker quality, regulatory compliance and cargo damage claims. He holds a B.S. Business Administration from Concordia College, NY. Bilingual proficiency: Portuguese.
