Born in 1967, Maritime Arbitrator and currently Vice President, Operations at Pangaea Logistics Solutions (NASDAQ: PANL). Previously served as Vice President of Dry Cargo Operations at MT Maritime Group, with responsibility for the operational management of owned and time-chartered bulk carrier fleets. More than 30 years of experience as Charterer, Operator, and Owner provide hands-on expertise across all aspects of voyage and vessel operations, with significant knowledge of Time Charter and Voyage Charter Parties. Experience includes a broad range of P&I and FD&D disputes, including laytime, speed and consumption, bunker quality, regulatory compliance, and cargo damage claims.
Holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Concordia College, New York. Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
