Career History: Partner Quincannon Associates; Stolt-Nielsen operations department involved in vessel operations and cargo handling of chemical and product tankers as well as regulatory issues; Texaco’s U.S. Fleet operations and labor relations departments handling vessel scheduling, operations and crewing issues. Sailed as a deck officer on Texaco’s crude, product and specialty tankers.
A graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Kings Point, NY in 1979.
