and New York University (LL.M. Int’l Law); formerly partner, Kirlin, Campbell &
Keating; experienced with disputes involving charter parties, commodity
trading, offshore oil/gas operations, container terminal agreements,
ship/yacht/rig construction contracts, yacht/recreational boat salvage. Co-author
“Voyage Charters” (Informa – 5th ed. 2022) and co-editor
and co-author “Navigating Maritime Arbitration: The Experts Speak” (Juris –
2019).
Mediator training at Harvard and Pepperdine Law Schools and mediation
experience.
